There's no chance of Terry being replaced this season. A new man coming in with 8 games to go would struggle under normal circumstances but when it's 2 games a week he'd have absolutely no chance. He wouldn't even have time to learn all their names let alone how they play together. So I'm afraid we're stuck with the useless bastard.
It's not all McCann, the team spirit's gone - we've lost four already and those out of contract players (seven ?) aren't going to kill themselves playing for us, they don't want to be injured when they're looking for a move in the close season; from top to bottom it's a ****-cart and no mistake.
Looking that way mate. Is is beyond all possibilities that Ehaw is refusing medication blown a main fuse and is actually thinking of keeping McCann for next season? Let the stoning begin...
Can't imagine why any manager would want to come here right now, and can't imagine the As wanting to pay what it might take either Suck it up kids...this is it...this is what we've got...this is as good as it gets this season. All we need is for the bottom 4 to lose every game though (and no I CBA to see if that's possible) and Boro to lose by 3 more gaols than we do. Simple. Hull City footballing strategy. EDIT - Realised I didn't need to BA...we have to play two of the ****ers. I'll have to come up with another strategy now
In reality we're stuck with McCann. It appears unlikely he will walk, equally unlikely he will be sacked. If either of the above does happen, could soppy bo11ocks pull a rabbit out of the hat like he did with Silva? You would assume any manager would have to be British or familiar with the English game. So who currently out of work, would tarnish their reputation taking what looks like a hopeless job? Pulis. Mick McCarthy. Mark Hughes. Big Sam. Martin O'Neill. Marco Silva. Poyet. Adkins? Anyone else? Anyone else, who would also fit within soppy bo11ocks budgets? Warnock might have before Charlton when we had a 2 point advantage to play with. Anyone looking at us would be thinking they've got a job on their hands staying off the bottom never mind staying up.
I remember in the not too distant past people on here hating the thought that Colin was been mentioned for the job. Now we’d take him in a heartbeat and are fitted he’s gone to boro
Warnock must be rubbing his hands in glee in anticipation of facing the half-wit we have in charge of our tactics, and the motley crew he'll put out on the field. A guaranteed 3 points for Boro !!!
Most likely the good Doctor doesn't feel so good ! Maybe even oblivious to the developing disaster ? The following track is an acquired taste for sure - not for me.
Based on current form of 2 points from 36, we can look forward to collecting 1.32 points from the remaining eight games. Realistically this converts into eight losses or one draw plus seven losses or if we over achieve, two draws and six losses. Who said the end of season can't be exciting?
Anyone care to put up the remaining fixtures for the relegation candidates, just to get an over view of our chances? We are at home to Boro and Luton so two 6 pointers there.
