Interesting that the erudite black commentator, Trevor Phillips, said on LBC today that there is no better place for a black person to live in Europe (including Russia) than the UK. BLM might remember that the next time their mob on the fringe go on a destructive rampage

Yet there is still issues with equality, that's the point, it's like saying you should be grateful as you could be shat upon worse elsewhere, not good enough really is it?

Genuine question.....Has anyone ever had a job where a black person is paid less than a white person ? And if so did they say anything to their employers about how unfair it was ?

No. In my current position I've moved heaven and earth to get a visa and sponsorship licence for a Nigerian chap that's absolutely the right talent for a particular role. I've also pushed for share options for him. What's more: he's a bloody good bloke and a good laugh.

The fact that he loves Big Dan ****tu as well didn't come into it.

As I've stated previously I think education and opportunities in the poorest areas needs way more support, the poverty trap keeps a lot of people down, yes some break through but it's a massive disadvantage, and this does effect more minorities per capita. There needs to be more focus in breaking through the old boys clubs, this is easily demonstrated within football and the extremely low levels of coaching and managers from BAME.

Schools should be teaching tolerance and acceptance of people, sadly some of the kids are being raised by bigots and bigotry is mostly learned from your family and those close to you, so if they are taught with reasoning this is not rational, it would be a really positive thing

Also sadly this whole affair has demonstrated the vile racists who seem happy to voice their bile, not saying on here but certainly on social media the rise over the last few years, bigotry in general has escalated a lot. These ****s need to be shamed and I've seen a fair few who have been 'outed' and I have no problem with that at all, people have lost jobs been ostracised in communities and if that is what is taken, so be it, freedom of speech does not mean free from responsibility of your words and actions. So... **** them. I doubt it will have people change their views but at least they are too scared of the repercussions to spread it might promote that bigotry isn't acceptable in modern society

Sounds like you're happy to turn them into a persecuted minority. :)

Serious question: what happens to them once they've been ostracised, lost their jobs and are homeless? Is there a way back for them or do you wish them only hardship, misery and a lonely, painful death?

Turn bigots into a persecuted minority? Sure why not.

Is there a way back? Of course and there is no need for people to loose homes etc.. people are sacked for a number of reasons, drunks, drug users, criminals. All of these things are seen to be socially unacceptable and most aren't made homeless and then die a lonely miserable death. The point being is that bigotry shouldn't be socially acceptable and people should know that there are repercussions for their actions. There are so many it seems at the moment who freely make bigoted comments on a public platform (important aspect here public platform), which they wouldn't do at work, they must realise even outside of work hours they still represent the company they work for, and if that business doesn't want to be associated with these comments they only have themselves to blame, so **** them.

For instance Uber if you got done for flashing, and that was known publicly would you not be concerned for your job?
