What was that 'taking the knee' moment at around 23 mins ? (I know what the gesture is) but was it a planned water break or something ?

That was just a water break, they all took the knee at kick off

They must have been showing a replay of the start. I was doing something else and just caught snippets of that water break part.
 
Looks like the goal line tech failed there, as he defo carried that behind the line.

Either Oliver's watch is broken

Or the keeper stopped the goal line technology by squeezing the ball against the bar so it didn't trigger even though the ball was behind the bar
