Does Proform do sectionals Nass?
Reason I ask is that many years ago I used to buy the Timeform annual Bible (Racehorses) every year and read it from cover to cover. One year I found a sprinter called Conita who showed tremendous alacrity but didn't quite last the distance. I researched all the track characteristics and found that the Catterick 5f was all downhill so made a note to back it over 5f at Catterick. Watched him run top sprinters ragged at Ascot for 4f until they wore him down and passed him. Then, eventually he ran over 5f at Catterick, with hotpot Granville Greta odds on fav with my horse at 25/1. I chickened out and had a shilling ew and he won.
If the horse had been rated for his running over 4f I'm sure he would have been the highest rated sprinter. So, I wondered if we could effectively rate horses over 4f to 4.5f and compare them with their actual rating over 5f and 6f. Any horse where there is a significant drop in rating over the last 0.5f to 1f in good class sprints would be worth noting in smaller races on fast tracks

Frustrating day. Zaman Jameel and Spring Time Bay were non runners and we saw a few of the others run well (Lady Shanawell is probably one for the notebook) but no winners for the day and a loss of just shy of £50.

Import into Proform or just import? I guess it would cost for such detailed data
I suppose the next best thing is to watch some good class sprints at major tracks and note any that consistently spread-eagle the field for 4f or so but keep getting unplaced. It would have been nice if you could have just pressed a few buttons. Worth asking

It was disappointing as Soldierpoy looked a winner for most of his race and traded at 1.12 (ouch). That would have made the day given his BSP of 10.61.

It should get less and less as you progress this naturally, by changing the parameters you reduce and improve the system a par the course.
