Police are called and the man gets breathalysed, cops arrest him for drunk driving and attempt to cuff him.
Drunk man resists arrest punches police steals tazer and tries to run away.

He then attempts to taze police and gets shot.

Cop gets fired and will probably face prison time .

All completely avoidable if the drunk driver had got in the squad car and faced responsibility for drunk driving.
