Built in 1670 grade 2 listed building, can't see them getting permission to destroy it .

There is a petition to put up a statue of the first openly gay footballer Justin Fashanu outside Carrow Road .
I would have no issue with this as he was a city legend other than one small thing.
He was being investigated for allegedly raping a 17 year old boy in America shortly before he killed himself.
