look mate I'm not sure what planet you're on, but they've got a potential serial killer case here and arent dealing with a mars bar being stolen from the co-op.. I don't understand why you're trying to defend or dismiss this tbh.
I mean look at what he's already convicted of and look at the fact he's been in an area at the time 4 kids have vanished .. look at the fact he's changed car ownership the day after one went missing , look at the fact he was identified as being the man hanging around outside maddys apartment , look at the fact he was given info from a member of staff at the hotel, look at the fact the police say they know she's dead and want to know where he's lived to find a body.
yea it's circumstantial , but it's obvious to anyone he's the guy... right now they're putting everything in place and they will investigate the living **** out of him before nailing it to him ..
what you should be doing is hoping he never gets out.. hes a monster

It’s not a coincidence. But I do wonder how on Earth this guy has avoided the attention of police. 4/4 where he has been in the area at the time. He’s moved about a bit hasn’t he!
I have a feeling that the Portuguese cops made the same call the people that think the Mccans did it .I mean it was a very suspicious thing the child going missing and then their story is that they were not there... I bet they just thought nah that's fishy and went all out on nailing them for it, but by the time they realised they has nothing they'd missed this guy... I mean he was identified that day as being there outside the apartment ffs. they just thought nah it's the parents imo and overlooked it.
I think this guy could be a prolific serial killer. He will be gutted... looking fwd to getting out and going hunting no doubt... **** .. I'm all over this story .. I knew as soon as I read the 1st report ... funnily enough there's always a few more killed after dumb cops make errors in most serial killer stories .. let's hope they get something that proves it beyond reasonable doubt or he will be out hunting again soon.
A good point. The focus on the parents will have diverted attention away from investigating other possibilities, one of which is this guy. I hope those who clamoured for the persecution of the McCanns feel pleased with themselves that they have helped a **** avoid being apprehended and cost kids lives.
Some strange folk out there that seem to be hoping they can't prove it's this guy. It's obvious I mean it's circumstantial, but that doesn't mean it's not glaringly obvious at this point.
It appears to me they're more worried about being wrong than they're about justice. pretty sad. this is the most positive news in 13 years that they have a breakthrough and rather than talk positively about it they jump straight to his defence and look to throw it out.. mental.
You're being a bit hypocritical mate because you're doing exactly the same, but from a different perspective. You're convinced it is him based on zero solid evidence, other people are just trying to keep an open mind.
What's sad is you're making out that people are sympathising with him and you're making those people out to be evil, when they're not.
