Bob is right, you can't or refuse to look at the issues being protested by the majority of peaceful people causing no problems at all, you only focus, post after post on the actions of this unruly minority, nothing about supporting the actions of the peaceful majority.

I'm not arguing that mate but look at the point we are at now and that's after years of peaceful marches. They have had enough.

The thing I truly empathise with is that year upon year peaceful pretests have got us pretty much nowhere, the correct routes taken, and nothing. Colin Kaepernick's story is a prime example. When your peaceful voice is ignored it must feel as though you have exhausted all reasonable actions and therefore unreasonable action is left. So whilst I refuse to condone violence and destruction, I begrudgingly understand why some people have done some of the actions, but certainly not others.

Again my hope is the fire that has been lit can be fanned in the correct manner to cause a peaceful uprising that will never stop.

You are not 'pulling' me on anything. My argument has been clear. Demonstrate peaceful or don't demonstrate. Don't attack police or deface national memorials. If the protests have these trouble makers then the protesters should inform the police. It's not rocket science.

this sort of thing doesn't help, MLK Jnr's actions were over 50 years ago and still we are absolutely miles off equality, so whilst MLK's actions are not to be underestimated, it hasn't gone anywhere near to solve the problems

It's now within our own government and political parties. No wonder they have had enough. Floyd was just a catalyst. This ain't going away anytime soon.
