Daughter occupied the oven baking a delicious coffee cake yesterday afternoon, so the Sunday roast will be a Monday evening roast of very slow cooked seasoned pork belly, roasties etc etc. Yesterday we had chicken breasts marinaded in lime, coriander, ginger and chilli with rosti and salad.
