Takeover (Covid-19/20)

You know honestly I’ve been thinking about what the takeover means for the city of Newcastle. We have all been talking about it from a selfish perspective but actually if it goes through it will potentially rejuvenate the city on every angle. There will be opportunity for all business to thrive.

It’s massive for the city. For this reason more than my own selfish reasons I hope it all works out.

I've been thinking of nothing else, since they become part of the equation
I have a 9500 sq ft factory prime site just waiting for the nod <whistle>
Saudi Towers anyone ??

There are 5 teams who have been struggling to get a point per game. I doubt we'll need even 38 points to be safe. It's likely 36/37 will be enough.

So unless we lose 7+ of our last 9 games we're ok.

Accept it that Bruce, whatever people want to say/think about him, has us safe this season.

Also, once Liverpool have mathematically won the league they'll probably call it all off and go PPG anyway. We're fine.

Not just the city but the whole of the north east. We will be put fairly and squarely on everyone’s map.

If the Earl gets renovated it might do as a meet up place if it’s near to the ground and not up a hill. All you need is to lay on parking and a bar. <cheers>

No doubt, it will be good for the region, which is the bit that the ignorant tossers who oppose the deal wilfully choose to ignore.
Human rights they bleet on about, but, they couldn't give a F*** about the rights of us.
They can just waltz off into the sunset, and find some other cause to whine on about.

They'll probably be at Grey's Monument every weekend protesting about something else with all the scruffy vegans
