forgot to mention my neighbour...(new) spike to me about calling the guy selling the land out the back so he could extend his garden like mine ... I was like "oh yeah and why are you doing that " gulp ... he said to allow some space for his daughter to play football... I thought to myself no not that I mean why don't you just take the land and keep your fat face shut, but I guess I'll have to hope the seller doesn't realise ...
