No I personally wouldn’t, one of our drivers had symptoms and was instantly told to go home and isolate which he did, we escort wide loads so we’re pretty much in our vans all week alone, all communication with drivers is done via CB radio so there was no risk from our driver.
My argument is he broke no guidelines or laws or rules, he was stupid, but this incessant crying for him to resign is bollocks, where were all you lefty liebour supporters when Stephan Kinnock drove 250 miles each way to celebrate daddy’s birthday, where were you all when the Welsh health secretary went out with his family for the day in Cardiff, where were you all when that Scottish mp went to her weekend home for a jolly, you lot really want your cake and eat it, it appears ok for your lot to say Bollocks Boris we’re doing our thing, but when a Tory advisor, not minister, not an MP does something you all go nuts.

So you agree, I wouldn't do it either.

The rest is a nice little, insight into your job and then after that, a rant.

Oh dear, I drive for a living I fuel up at least twice a day, you MUST WEAR GLOVES THEY SUPPLY, YOU MUST PAY BY CONTACTLESS CARD, YOU MUST OBEY SOCIAL DISTANCING, And lastly if you go for a piss and don’t wash your hands then your a nasty dirty bugger anyhow and probably will get it, funny though how none of you liebour / left wingers, didn’t cry Merry hell when Darling little Kinnock went to visit mummy and daddy and did a 500 mile round trip.
Lastly the Durham police were informed and have issued a statement saying no rules or guidelines were broken
Therefore no action required. End Off.

Sorry to correct you mate but I’ve never been asked to wear any gloves when filling up with fuel.....either the Ambulance or my personal vehicle.

How bollocks, in every petrol station down south they have signs up telling you to use the gloves or paper towels they provide, I wear my glove until I have used the machine (pin put in ) then I wash my hands and sanitise, my Van has an 80 litre tank ( Mercedes sprinter ) and I get roughly 400 miles per tank.
Might be different up there so please don’t try to make me look like a idiot who lies, I don’t appreciate it.

I don't just travel around Scotland, I do a lot of work in the north of England too - I've not seen these signs anywhere, is it just in the motorway services? - we must frequent different petrol stations.

Firstly, she wasn't an MP but a medical officer. She also wasn't infected, and neither were any of her family. As I've said elsewhere, she resigned within a day of the story hitting the papers, even though Sturgeon didn't want her to. Can't tell you anything about the welsh fella.

BTW - don't tar me with you Liebour label - I've never voted for them in my life

Has it been confirmed they were CoVid carriers or did they just have a common cold / flu

The guidance from the government was quite clear (for a change) - if you or anyone in your household display symptoms you must stay home - no ambiguity, no leeway, no "just travel to the other end of the country as long as you take precautions."

Cummings ****ed up royally and because he's an odious little twat people are rightly using it as a stick to bash him with - Hopefully as they would with anyone who'd so flagrantly ignored the guidelines irrespective of their political leanings.

his wife said she had covid. he was convinced he had covid (hence going for "child care"). Boris definitely had Covid and i believe they were kissing each other before he went off
Snogging, well I’ll be damned guess you rumbled them then, well done you win a cookie, still if his wife said she had it, and he was only convinced he had it then I guess they must of had it, or were thy lying again as you all seem to think they are !!!

it's okay turkish, covids actually a conspiracy theory. No one has had it and definitely not the 40,000 as we don't bother testing.

looks like Cummings has stitched up the tory cabinet. First it was for childcare. Now they are running the story he's been out sight seeing and come back up to durham again

it's pretty funny watching them worm themselves

I use mostly shell motorway Services, the occasional BP and in every single one they have signs out asking you to use the gloves or paper towels provided when using the pumps, I cannot believe you have not seen them once, look next time you’ll be surprised, or are you like a lot of folk on autopilot when you fuel up, I know I’ve done it from time to time.

Oh dear look it’s from the mirror hahahahahahahahahahahaha, and what 40,000 you on about , is that your personal tally of dead as you think the government are lying, so you been around and had a count yourself or just more fantasy journalism from the mainstream media.

to be fair i can't say i've noticed them. I do mostly use them before but especially now since covid has spread (although haven't been going out so only needed to top up once in 2 months) as my wifes a stickler for hygiene. I'll keep an eye out for it as it's one of those things you notice when you have been told about (like the bumps in the floor for crossing the road for blind people)

calm down, was just a rough estimate. Just looked it up its 36k so not far off. I've not really been following the number of deaths (i know others have). If i wanted to include excess deaths i wouldn't be adding 4k, probably more like 40k

We’re on 37000 tested deaths so 40000 would be a statistical miracle. Realistic estimates have us at over 60000 now.

It's great to hear from people and posters on here who make a mockery of the 'points scoring', 'lefty labour' blah blah because they dare question the piss poor performance by this government. These people who dont even vote labour or to the left yet get accused of it.
The Tories must be silently fuming with Cummings yet trying to save face by protecting him. He has made a mockery of the rules and guidelines while the economy has crumbled. It could be argued that the Tories have absolutely ****ed this country up while never really having to in the first place judging by their protection of Dom. They really have put themselves in some lose - lose positions. If it wasnt so tragic it would be beautiful.

mmm if this latest news that Dominic Cummings is correct then I think he should resign. Yesterday the lefty newspapers played a blinder by release the news in two parts. The Guardian has spent months on a witch hunt and they will probably get their pound of flesh? However all this cr2p is raking the attention off the more serious issues and Is not needed.
