Nope! Just like all of the other 'in the knows' out there I will be able to claim I am correct on the day by pointing out that today is today!

So interesting take from George Caulkin's various tweets today is that the PL tests have indeed been passed or the PL have at least verbally committed to passing. The Saudi side is in no rush because they want all the money transferred (possibly want new hires/signings lined up for glamour, though that's not to do with Caulkin) before they announce. There MAY be leaks as soon as today from Ashley/Bishop now that everything is done.
