When the PL restarts next month. Might not want it to, I don't, but odds-on it will.

Possibly by the end of June if play resumes on June 20th and Man City don't get their arse in gear (assuming it is resuming, there's absolutely no way they can **** up such an enormous lead).

Government want Premier League clubs to bale out the EFL. Large sum. Prem were happy with that a few weeks ago. But potential TV money loss is giving them some pain. Will take a lot of haggling to get right sum before it’s handed over. Would be a huge help to EFL.

Excepting the few in the history thread, is this really the first post on here since DMD posted in the virus thread at 7.54?

Norwich were the final Premier League club to undergo coronavirus testing on Tuesday: players and staff have had the all-clear and will report back for non-contact training on Friday.

Are there not already schemes in place to support businesses through this crisis?

I get a whiff of them believing they deserve more than the rest despite their businesses already being on a slippery slope prior to CoVid,

    It’s a **** off from me.

It looks like the Premier League are going to bail them out anyway.

Hull City are to delay their return to first-team training next week as they take additional steps to protect the health of players and staff.

City began a first round of coronavirus testing today in keeping with EFL instructions but a proposal to resume training in small groups at the club’s Cottingham base on Monday has now been put back.

It is understood the Tigers will go through a second round of tests early next week as a precautionary measure, with vice chairman Ehab Allam keen to keep the well-being of players a “primary concern.”

The green light could then been given for Grant McCann and his players to resume on Thursday.
