Mate it's no real surprise, the only surprise to me is that he has been honest and said it's fine for a party to flat out mislead the public, not only the odd lie but in huge numbers!! Same in the US where Trump and his family have been handing out contracts to friends and family, if you can get away with lying your arse off and people not caring, not being held responsible it's only going one way, pretty shameful stuff

Right let's deconstruct this. The Metro thing is irrelevant, it's an independent report and as I stated was reported in a large number of publications. Yes paid adverts, by the conservative campaign, 88% of them that were misleading and or lies, Labours adverts were not to be misleading or to have lied, not one. I'm not calling you a liar but there has been no evidence or cases against Corbyn's campaign where they were found to have had activists working on behalf of Labour spreading misinformation and the hearsay of one person is irrelevant , plus there was a **** load of Tory supporters and that Russian report that still hasn't been released over Russian interference on behalf of the Conservative party, why not release it if there is nothing to worry about?

Here's the big one, really you don't care that the Tory campaign was based on putting out misinformation and lying to the public, ****ing hell democracy is dead in that case. Lastly I think you underestimate the sway that social media has otherwise why such a large rise in funding to get adverts out there? What an awful lot of what the public think about Corbyn is absolutely bullshit, I think it was @bobmid who tried to get you to show one proven comment from Corbyn showing he was antisemitic and I believe he is still waiting, yet people still believe that.

Your comment is very damming and does not reflect very well on you at all, you have made it apparent you don't care if the Tory's mislead and lie to the public to get a result, obviously they thought it was important to do so and would influence otherwise why do it at all.
Unfortunately we live in a society where lies and misleading the public to suit an agenda is perfectly acceptable. There you have perfect examples of corruption!

I suppose some people are selfish and some people are unselfish. That's the simplest equation I can narrow it down to.
The cheering at the public service pay cap victory sums that up perfectly.

Never try to use logic with Ellers.

An investigation into Boris Johnsons claims that care homes locked down before the official lockdown have been found to be false. The government really do need a new front man to try rescue this. So, if true Johnson lied in parliment, hancock blatantly lied on national tv. Oh what leadership we have.

The Russian report will probably come out when the Corbyn one does? On that note Jezza doesn’t need to be running down the road shouting “I hate Jews’ to confirm there were problems in the party. Maybe we should scrap the 1000 plus complaints/ information. Maybe we should ignore all those MPs that quit the party or the Jewish Council? Maybe we should ignore the cover ups he made at the end or the mates he protected ( who were guilty). Maybe we read Jezza wrong and calling terrorists brothers was okay or laying of a wreath for the terrorist that murdered those Jews? Perhaps not apologising when asked 4 times by Andrew Neil in that interview was ok? Finally there was a problem the the council of human rights found it necessary to investigate or that fab reporter who investigated and said all the troubles go to the top. Still we will know soon enough... we have already had a few leaks.

But Corbyn hey? What do you think about his work in regards to northern island? You are aware he was massively influential in bringing peace in the region right? He dealt with some horrible ****s to do so, but without that peace would not have been achieved.

From my understanding the issue was with the Labour Party rather than Corbyn himself as an individual (antimetics) When anyone else suggests anything Torys you demand irrefutable evidence, so no not running down the street just evidence he does really, and his position over Palestine isn’t antisemitic.

if we are allowing whataboutary here is considerably less per member than complaints against the Conservative party in Regards to islamaphobia. Whilst we also have documented proof of racism and bigotry from Johnson, yet no direct quotes attributed to Corbyn.

So you still think it’s ok for a political party to base a campaign on lies and misinformation?

Hancock was caught lying on national tv yesterday. Boris was caught lying in parliment on wednesday. Some people just accept this as the norm. I have a fair few Tory supporting friends who wont go voting for them again after this. That's their choice, I did warn them in the first place.

The problem with Jezza is that he didn't act and tried to cover things up... (we know that from the leaked report). Now it could be the case of supporting a mate (which I think is the case) or something sinister. However, it is funny that people try a tit for tat approach? I will stick by the words of the reporter who said: "you cannot compare the two parties problems as the accusations against Labour dwarf those of the Tories". The Tories may have a few bad apples and problems but nothing like the scale of Labours. That is something Mr Starmer has inherited as well... watch this space.
