Longchamp 11.10am - Emoji 6/5 win. Can take this en route to better things. It's an obvious selection for today and selection should have the edge having already had a recent run over Flighty Lady.
A few bobs on today, all at Chantilly. Seachange Ocean Atlantique Passefontaine Bolleville Arapaho Bonne chance, mes frères, que toutes vos photos-finitions soient des gagnants courts.
I like Dilala in the first at Longchamp. Backed the horse last time and I think has the scope for more progress. The silks of the owner were a regular in german pattern races 20 years ago.
My attempt today. Few decent priced ones in small lucky 31 ew: 11:10 - Galova 16/1 12:50 - Mister Magic 16/1 1:25 - Neelanjali 16/1 2:00 - Midgrey 14/1 2:35 - Jeu Celebre 14/1 Then win treble on: 12:10 - Sujet Libre 5/2 1:25 - Belgrano 9/2 3:10 - Norwegian Lord 6/1
Longchamp Race 2: Pao Alto Race 6: Sandyssime Sandyssime has run well in spring/early summer in 2018 and 2019. Was a good 3rd at todays track last year. Acts on todays fast going and decent french pilot up (Eddy Hardouin).
afternoon, fellas! longchamp,2 00: GREEN CURRY has been in very good form this season, but has risen in the handicap quite a lot,and has to shoulder top-weight therefore, but,in his current form, another win is definitely possible.
I like Kickass D'Aumone. Was a good 3rd over cd under todays rider in 2018 in a competitive race. Surely needed the run in march after a long absence when last of 7 in a class 1. Could sneak a place at least.
Decided not to play in the Prix La Force. MK Fancy was a Group 1 winner but it was bottomless that day over 10F and he was beaten in a Listed race in March. Another Sky bolted up first time out in March but I am not a fan of Freddie Head when it comes to progressing his horses. He is nowhere near the Fabre and Rouget class in my opinion. Ocean Atlantique took my eye on his second start last season but I felt then that he would need 10 to 12 furlongs this year and it looked a sharp enough test for him so I didn't play. Pao Alto was progressive last season and was impressive at Bordeaux in bringing his record to 211 on the year. I was surprised Pao Alto was favourite today given the Head and Fabre runners and MK Fancy's Group 1 win but he justified his place at the head of the market as Another Sky faded at the head of affairs and Ocean Atlantique stayed on but was never going to catch Pao Alto. Ocean Atlantique is the one to take out of the race for me. He had led pretty much all the way last time out but probably didn't want to get in a battle with Another Sky for the lead. I reckon a bit further will see him in a much better light and he is a colt of substance who should keep improving. He has probably improved about a stone from his last run and should win Group races this year.
What did people make of Emoji's performance today? Was red hot favourite but was turned over by an outsider.
