I liked the vibrant colours in Luvs Paella the chicken looked boring...the sauce around the edges looked tasty Sweats looks like it’s packed with flavour but not easy on the eye
I had already started eating it at this point. only thing I did different to what the Spanish chef does, is that I used a tub of pasata as only had a ****ty cheap tin of chopped tomatoes. Over there he blitzes up a couple of beefsteak tomatoes. So mine was a bit too tomatoey. Was lovely though. I boned the chicken thighs and left the skin on as that’s what I was told to do.
