It works really well for me too. I work (or get paid for) 3 days a week for one company and a day a week for another, with unspecified days/hours. So I just do a couple of hours here and there when I feel like it and go into the office one day a week from 10 to 3. This whole virus thing will change working arrangements for good, with companies realising they don't need so much expensive office space.
