Sometimes. I tend to look at the logo as part of the design of an item rather than just because it's made by a certain company. I have no brand loyalty, but I do care what their logo looks like if I'm going to be wearing it. The Joma logo is extremely ugly. It's a terrible font, has no symmetry or attractive lines. So I see it no different to - eg I like a particular shirt but the pocket on the front ruins the look. That Adidas logo is a beautiful design. Classic, retro - it just looks good on almost anything. A poor logo is no different to having a terrible sponsor on the kit. It's all about the aesthetics. Sportswear is not just functional - it's a fashion item. Let's face it in terms of value for money, football shirts are a complete rip-off. It's just that if I was going to spend £50 on an item of clothing I'd want it to look good, not just wash well.
