Vague at best. Legal action can be as little as asking for a legal opinion on the situation. Some teams will be negatively affected no matter what action is taken and others will " seek legal action". Unavoidable I reckon.

Football will die otherwise Jasper, die.

Think of the football!!!!!!!

Funny that, it was Rio's (and the crazed null and voider's) argument that if we didn't null and void the whole season the day after Everton escaped from a derby by 'self-isolating' that all our pensioners and vulnerable people would die in a holocaust of fire and brimstone just to see Liverpool awarded a title they only would have got because of VAR anyway.

Yeah mate, dead funny that.

Well it has been watching the contortions when watching them trying to justify how null and void is any fairer than PPG, that has the same effect of null and void, and thankfully addresses all Rio's genuine (:emoticon-0136-giggl) concerns about the old and the vulnerable.

What winning margin? You haven’t won the thing.

Have if the season is curtailed on PPG, and have if it's played to it's conclusion. And they're the only two options being discussed by the Prem, as you now know.

There’s no certainty in life but death, you’ve not won a thing yet.

I note the swerve from your UEFA have decreed stance btw <laugh>

I note the swerve in your stance that lawsuits would follow anything other than null and void. And in the case of the Dutch, UEFA are hardly going to complain about the sporting fairness of the top two being put forward for CL qualifiers - we'll see what they have to say about the Europa places. And there's no ****ing way on God's green earth they're going to accept Spurs in the CL based upon last year's end table being fairer than placings based upon this season.

I don’t think UEFA will give two ****s how teams are in the competition as long as a reason is given and the competition happens! Haven’t they already said they’ll leave it up to the individual leagues to decide who qualifies and on what basis?

No. They have specifically stated that we will not accept teams or whole countries if their submissions are not based upon 'sporting merit'.

Yeah so a reason based on sporting merit, like PPG, current positions, last seasons finishing positions, coefficients etc... as in practically every reason possible for choosing teams could be justified as based on sporting merit. As I said, as long as a reason is given they won’t care. They’ve also said it’s up to the individual leagues to chose the teams and the reasoning afaik.

What stance is that? You’re literally making **** up again to try and cover your blushes from your **** up yesterday mate.

Also if it’s all about sporting merit and not money and people think it’s unfair to use last seasons results, whilst this season hasn’t played far enough to decide teams, then just cancel European competition for a season and next season everyone gets a chance to actually qualify. That gets rid of the problem. Obviously won’t happen because money is the real decision maker.

Yeh but do we get the title?
And will that make us European champs 2 years in a row?

Ill have that.
