Really bad in France too

France as a snapshot looks bad, but at least there's some sort of trend they can work with. Spain has nothing you can look at over a period and make heads or tails of. Fck knows what going on over there, but that many critically ill suggests their health service may be under more pressure than others. Testing aint the issue there by the looks of it.

Yeah, i heard that it was improving in Spain a week or so ago, they even mentioned relaxing lockdown slightly did they not? And now it's back to what it was.

Spain is fcked.

Nowhere near any end in sight, new infections erratic and no signs of peaking, and those who are critically ill is alarmingly high.
My uncle and aunt, who are both old and would be considered at risk, haven’t left the house for what must now be verging on months. They’re in Valencia which was supposedly the carrier city for Spain after that CL match. It’s so ****ed up.

That sounds terrible - a month inside! Hope they make it through this ok mate. Just seen Valencia's population density, never ever imagined it was that high.

I can only watch so much of his lies and then I have to just switch off mate. cba.

Saw just enough for him to bullshit America's death rate per capita as only second to Germany and that was about it.

Fwiw Ireland and Portugal are just two countries whose per capita mortality is better than the U.S. and I cba listing the others (might get told off by Diego <whistle> )
