Allegri has already said he is committed to a new project in the PL. He isn’t taking over at Liverpool, City, ManU, Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea or even Leicester/Wolves.The Vidal links are also based on Allegri being somewhere (links with Juve). The same chap who announced the takeover was done also said Allegri (and Icardi) was part of the deal.

I’d suggest that the manager is done. I also wonder if a number of players are being lined up, including Icardi, Vidal and perhaps others. Bruce has already gone back to Cheshire and for an amiable, chatty chap has been oddly quiet throughout this takeover, don’t you think?

I always thought it was a bit odd he went back. Bruce I mean soo that could be it.

The rest aswell I think could be right also. Vidal icardi the Portuguese silva and one other would significantly improve our team.

I've been on Aleggri since Santini broke the story and you can be absolutely certain that buyers test the waters with managers, players, agents and other areas to get an idea of what kind of money it would take to get them to Newcastle. I would assume contrary to the British based snobbery towards the area they've been satisfied with the prices and interest they got as feedback. It amazes me that morons like Merson think these multi billion companies don't do any research.
