My experience of having an ex who worked in many care homes would back that up, they do however have many more serious problems and i would hope the people entering them would take care not to carry any virus in with them.

 

Stay safe it's a deadly world out there at the moment, and lockdown is reducing people to boredom, imagine life without us to keep you company, but like you say, fair and level headed.

Unfortunately the people still entering them are care workers who have not been tested and are then working with no, or sub standard, PPE ...

I've pointed out the gulf between the Top 5/6 countries in the world for deaths due to Coronavirus and the rest of the world. It's about to 30% i.e. 12,000 t0 4,000. Rather than engage in that constructively you want to talk about who confirmed the figures. Ofcouse it's deflection

 

Kind of difficult without testing. But testing makes no difference.

Because I'm only reporting the information I have for each country. If you're unhappy about it then take it off. It only bothers me when people make a point of saying one set of figures is not complete but post all other as if they are final. That is point scoring on something that is not a game.
