Both Pochettino and Rafa would make sense. Poch has experience in building teams that play attacking football in the Premier League. Rafa knows and understands our club and, while he plays a more pragmatic syle of football, he has the wherewithal to rebuild the club with roots. The Keegan years were euphoric, but Hall was only ever interested in himself and the club was rebuilt on sand. Thos could be an opportunity to build for the long term.

I'd get KK on the board, Rafa as DoF (he want's to work on a whole project) and a young up and coming manager who plays good attacking football.

Too many egos mate. It would never work. I see bruce getting a chance initially (failing) then Rafa coming in.

Rafa”s teams have more goals per game then Pochs do, Rafa plays to his strengths when Almiron joined between January and May only two teams had scored more then us.
100% he will be AS top target just can’t see him walking from a contract

Unlike Bruce, Rafa doesn't have a history of walking out on clubs when on contract....but perhaps he's remained in close communication with Stavely throughout this palava.

Would love to see Nagelsmann get a shot at it!! Best manager in the Bundesliga, seems to be the type who would love a project like us.....he can bring Upamecano and Werner with him please

I think Rafa in the director role would be ideal but I think he would want to be manager. As manager and with the backing he would build it up slowly but surely. Whether it would be long term does not matter. He could build the foundations. I would not object.

Keegans role should be as an ambassador for the club but one that allows him to be involved in lots of things, selling the vision to potential signings/potential sponsors etc.
In terms of direct of football that role has moved on you would need extensive knowledge of current European football in real detail and I don’t think Keegan would have that.
But he needs to be part of the club in a worthwhile capacity it’s been sad not to see him part of the club he help save
