He was a bit buried in that one. As he kept mentioning that building going up ages ago during the Brexit ****e, and used it as ‘evidence’ that Nissan was going nowhere. That was his opening gambit tonight as well.

Seems in his head, that his ‘belief’ trumped the actual facts...facts that he provided but didn’t read. A classic tbf.

Was just looking on the old worldometer table. Bit weird that we’re the only country seemingly in the world not supplying numbers of recovered Corona sufferers.

Testing levels per capita rising now. We’re just ahead of Mayotte and hoping to close in on Mauritius. Venezuela hasn’t been getting much of a mention since the election but well done them for being about 30% ahead of us.
Are we at around 15,000 per day?
100,000 is not looking anywhere near is it ?

So the building is a temp hospital !!!
Its original purpose seems to be up in the air after reading the article ?
Will it be used for its purpose ?
Does anybody know ?

I truly thought at one moment there that Trump was going to hold his breath until he got his own way. :emoticon-0143-smirk

Interesting read. Brb jumped in sharpish on Comm (I only read a few pages back) and give him the tough talk he deserved and needed. He was still looking out for him as he does anybody else and sometimes that means the cooler. I think there’s something underlying with Comm so I hope he’s alright. Thankfully Coronavirus hasn’t stopped horse racing in the US and I’ve won a few quid tonight. Coffee then bed.

You can follow every guideline and still get it and spread it to other people following every guideline. Not that your post is intended to deflect from the real problem here.

Instead of moaning about lack of nursing staff and resources in our hospitals, what you should be asking is, WHY IS THAT BLOKE RUNNING IN THE PARK?

Right.

What I was more asking about was how does a world economy come out of a recession when literally every country has had to endure record borrowing? I'm not an economist and have no idea how it would work or who takes the lead on it. Presumably the IMF but what would they have to do to help all countries start reducing their debts?
Don't we just all borrow money off China, like most countries have been doing for years?
