So we're unbeaten in 6 games, only conceeded 3, scored 7 ( When we would struggle to score ) and if anyone told me that before the season, i would've told them they're mental.
We've took maximum points from the games with Blackburn, Fulham and managed play attractive football whilst doing that, but how long can this unbeaten run last for?

We aren't exactly getting the recognition we quite rightly deserve but that doesn't bother me one bit, i'm just happy to stroll along winning games and hopefully while we're doing that, Ashley doesn't make an outrages decision like the Hughton sacking in December of last year.
Last night i was incredibly happy and as a Newcastle United fan, i've not been able to say that too often. Hopefully it continues as the city is a happier place when the toon is winning and i'm a much more friendly person when we are too.

    The next 6 games:

    Wolves (A) WIN 0-2

Tough test at Molineux but i think we will take 3 points from this. Ba got a hat-trick yesterday and that will fuel him with confidence and i can see him bagging quite a few more this season. We have a fully fit squad now with Santon and Ben Arfa back so that adds more quality.

    Spurs (H) WIN 2 - 0

Spurs have flair with players like Modric and Van Der Vaart, but they've added a striker in Adebayor who can find the net, they've also got Parker who will try to shut out Cabaye. (Be a good duel with Cabaye, Parker and Tiote in the middle) We have just as much quality as spurs in my opinion, winnable and that's how i see it ending.

    Wigan (H) WIN 4 - 0
Wigan almost got relegated last season and they lost their biggest threat when N'Zogbia joined Villa in the summer transfer window. Our defence is solid only conceeding 3 goals and Wigan don't have much of an attacking threat, can see this being comfertable for us.

    Stoke (A) LOSE 2 - 1
I honestly think this is where our first defeat will come, sadly. Stoke are physical and the fans at the Britannia will get right behind the team, just like our fans will, but i think Stoke's 'let's smash the ball up the pitch' football will be too much for us on Halloween.

    Everton (H) WIN 1 - 0
Everton lost their most creative player to Arsenal but they still manage to pull together and get results. Moyes had nothing to spend during the transfer window but still managed to bring in Drenthe from Madrid and the young Vellios from Iraklis, both look good players from what i've seen of them. This will be a tight game with 1 goal seperating us, but i see a victory.

    Man City (A) LOSE 3 - 0
Well the two manchester clubs are the ones to beat (So should we but we're not deemed good enough to be classed as a team to beat!) and even though City have quality and a load of cash, i'm sure they are beatable, i just can't see it being us.

12 points and i'm sure that would keep us in the top 4, ( It's weird saying that) it will also take us up to 24 points and if this does happen then i'll explode with happiness.

That's pretty optimistic, I would love it if your predictions came true!

    I think:

    Wolves: 0-0 Draw
    Tottenham: Score Draw
    Wigan: Win
    Stoke: Lose
    Everton: Draw/ Win, I really can't choose
    Man City: Lose

I think we'll get 8 points from our next 5 games, not too good, but definitely not bad.

That's very optimistic, however, it wouldn't be impossible (unlikely though) to stay unbeaten until Man City. Spurs on their day, could embarrass us, but there stars are inconsistent and are prone to crucial mistakes.

Its a strange one, because despite our good results we're really just starting to click together as a team, with the defense being responsible for our first few games (literally with R Taylor getting the goals). We're improving now that Tiote seems to be waking up and the new boys are coming together. With Santon to come in it just gets better, barring an injury crisis...

Wolves. Draw. Tricky team and a reality check from Blackburn.

Spurs. Win. Depends which Spurs side turns up I guess, and whether van der Vaart is decent or whether he's the diving waste of space he was last season at SJP. Nick a goal or two and its ours.

Wigan. Win. On paper it should be, though looks like one of our potential banana skins as Blackburn could've been. Again.

Stoke. Draw. They're good, but not that good despite results.

Everton. Win. At home should be fine.

Man City. Loss. But Ben Arfa snaps de Jong in two.

    11 points, I'm an optimist!

Just looked at out fixtures meself and we play Stoke away, Everton Home, Man City away, Man U away, Chelsea Home. Very tough.

We need to take as many point as we can from the Wolves, Spurs, Wigan games because we cant ask for anything more than 4 points from the above at the most if we are being honest. Our good start might start to even itself out come december if we f*ck up the wigan and wolves games.

    HWTL! HTL!

Chelsea are winnable, i don't see anything special about them anymore, the only thing about Chelsea that worries me is Torres, he scores and then misses open goals and gets himself sent off.

They're still third in the league, with a midfield thats keeping Lampard on the bench and a forward line in Anelka, Drogba, Sturridge, Mata, Lukaku that could comfortably keep Torres out. Chelsea are still quality.

Spurs at home will be tough, would've been better to play them a few games ago. I'd probably take a point.
