    What's the rule now? Is it the same as rugger, if you have stayed in a country for a certain length of time, you can play for that country or if you are educated in that country, you can play for them?

    So Owen could have played for Wales as well...

    Could be a god send for Scotland.

    I think that's how Andrew Driver at Hearts is now in the Scotland set up.

    Terry Butcher's children both played for Scotland. His son was/is a rugby player and captained the Scotland U19 side a few years back, despite being born in England to English parents. His daughter played badminton for Scotland and I think is now one the coaches for the Scottish team. Butcher himself was the Scotland Assistant Manager until a few years ago.
