Just watched a segment on BBC World about drug gangs in Capetown who have put their differences aside and are using their distribution networks to distribute food parcels in the townships.

Provincial administrations here have now been given authority to set containment rules that they think are appropriate so expecting Jakarta to get a lot stricter now.
Complex I live on has already made it compulsory to wear masks outside, doing temperature checks on all incoming non-residents. Most importantly they have issued one of the complex admin committee with a police siren/light and megaphone so he can drive around at regular intervals and shout at anybody who is not practicing social distancing. He almost gave my 84 year old mother-in-law a heart attack this morning as I wheeled here round for her daily dose of Vitamin D - not sure whether that would count as a Covid-19 related death.
Apparently there are a few cases in houses on the road outside the complex now.
Just for clarification:
1. This is a complex and not a gated community (although it does have a barrier)
2. There are a number of foreigners living there - including me
Hopefully that will save me from the NSIS treatment (although I do have a swimming pool).
