re your second point
Tribal rivalry between people who never met each other, based on in group preference is very different from 1 person moving between cities. The neighbours could get on great, but.. they've met, remember xenophobia (misoxenie) is aversion to strangers, they are no longer strangers, yet some supporters might hear there is a manc living a few roads down, and go burn his car because he's a say Man U manc. (that's not some backhanded attack on Scousers)

You always used to try and make out that people didn’t either read your posts or understand them, when your points were countered. It was tedious and inaccurate then and it’s still tedious and inaccurate now.
