Hows everyone feeling ? I really am feeling like ****... no motivation to exercise for 2 days... i like being on my own, but feeling trapped with no social life outside these 4 walls or contact with human life is effecting me I think.

I'm kept fairly busy with work during the day and we tend to watch a film in the evening ... also do our daily exercise.

There are various apps that you can use for live screen conversations ... my other half, her sister and 2 brothers all had a 4 with their mum who is in a care home earlier ... raised their spirits - explore that mate, if you are going a bit stir crazy ... obviously you don't know their mum, but she loves a chat <cheers>
