Yes, James Thain it was. Rather heartlessly, he was dismissed from his job with BEA on Christmas Day and fought to clear his name of blame for eight years - finally being cleared by a British inquiry, but the result was never recognised by German authorities.

Yes, Fez. Hollis (mainly known for his work on the radio) played Blofeld in ‘For Your Eyes Only’ (didn’t he get killed in the opening credits?), Molina on the radio in the excellent BBC Toby Stephens’ Bond plays, and Savalas in ‘OHMSS’.

Well I knew about Savalas and Hollis bot not Molina... so a lucky guess!
