So today the government have confirmed that only those who die in hospital are included in the figures.

Isn’t government advice you can go to work if you can’t work from home? Whereas Sadiq is telling people not to go to work if you aren’t a key worker? Which are two different things.

The disparity between their advice and the reality of what they mandated was pointed out the day it was issued, only ‘some’ said it was simple to decipher and had no nuance........when it patently has.
Most non essential business has now closed anyway, and virtually all employees / self employed are covered by the Govts pay schemes. But brown mayor or something.
Trump will rain hell, fire and fury down on that nation when this is all out of the way.
Every country on earth should be putting pressure on the horrible dirty bastards to employ stricter Hygeine procedures, their standards as a nation are repulsive.

Looks like there will be a few of these field hospitals dedicated to coronavirus. They changed their minds quickly on using them for non-coronavirus patients to instead setting them up to have intensive care capacity.

The only way we're going to have any sort of clue of how bad this has been will be in hindsight. It won't tell us how people have died but we'll be able to compare the death rates from these months to the usual figures. I suspect those figures will turn out to be terrifying sadly. Not just from the virus, but from all of the untreated sick people from other conditions too.
