I am finding shopping quite a pleasant experience, quiet polite queue to get in, empty aisles and one at a time at the checkouts.
Very civilised and relaxing :emoticon-0100-smile

In the supermarket this morning, directed straight to an available till, as much staff and security as there were customers. Could get everything needed, you could see the employees had worked hard to ensure the shelves were overflowing, especially in the fresh fruit and veg area. Credit to them all for keeping us fed. I was starting to get annoyed with some of the images news channels were broadcasting and still do broadcast of empty shelves, but those images are over a week or two old, but fine by me, keeps everyone else indoors <whistle>

Yeah I go shopping 4 times a day and its really good at the minute :emoticon-0148-yes:

Never needed to borrow money for things.

I only ever use a credit card for big payments mate. It just gives me an extra bit of security, if someone holds money it's on the CC not on your actual separately deposited cash. Only thing is never get currency on a CC, because you will pay fees.

Yeah I saw your comments yesterday, it was part that which persuaded me to go and check it out this morning. My logic said with the clocks changing (going forward), most people will still be in bed at 10am on this Sunday!

You can pay a credit card off in full every month topknot. No interest, no charge. Just air miles or points that you can use to get discounts on stuff.
Thats great if youre brass and need discounts bruv:emoticon-0148-yes:

Ive given the bird or the old mans mrs cash for **** like that. Both good credit wise, i put my gaff through my younger brothers name for example as he owns property already.

I dont do credit where i can avoid it. Certainly never wanted a credit card. Its a sign of poverty not success for me.

You was on about air miles and discounts from cc's.

Just saying good luck with your credit/debit card when the banks shut the machines down or restrict limits to £30 a day or some ****:bandit:

Ive already notcied a lack of cash at machines locally.

People with debit and credit cards are allowed to hold cash. <laugh>

PS if you live in a cash only world and the cash machines run out then you’re ****ed unless your clients can go to the bank of mummy and daddy to ask them for notes to buy some weed.

Depending on the length and severity of this crisis it could be more than just restrictive cash withdrawal !
