Is every other politician 70+ and having there decision mentioned in news articles? No so there’s an obvious difference.

I’ll happily comment on anything to do with the situation. Given that I’ve been involved with this thread the entire time and it’s on page 168 and I’ve made one comment about Corbyn which was relevant to the new advice given by the government yesterday I’d say it’s pretty obvious I’m neither focusing on Corbyn or have an agenda.

Boris is a **** as well - happy? Didn’t realise I was the BBC and had to make sure I was being fair with bashing both sides every time I make a comment <laugh>

It’s Corbyn’s fault that my mum won’t self isolate <wah>

<laugh>

ive put the <laugh> emoji in my last response

usually that means I won and that’s that

Lol

Copying Aldo now?

I see both your points, public figures have a responsibility to set a good example.

But just cos Corbyn is ignoring the advice doesn't mean my Grandad should, think for yourself.

They don’t have the minerals...every day procrastinating is another day the money is protected

Governments don’t care about the people...they care about ££££££
but come next elections...everyone will forget and be back to sucking the white collars off

We need to build a better country after this is all over mate. One where we all care for each other, and the free market economy works in the interests of the people, not the other way round.

Typical responses to anything which isn’t just bashing the tories. No surprises there. Doesn’t matter that if it was a senior Tory in a non integral role doing the exact same thing you’d be the first to point it out.

It’s perfectly possible to ignore party lines when judging people you know. Give it a try some time.

Try not being so quick to judge people.

Yeah, I know. I’m a hypocrite.

Maybe it’s just the case that that generation really does have more guts than us baby boomers and millennials.

My mum lived though evacuation and the Blitz, and will no doubt remind me of that when I visit her tomorrow. If I do visit her, that is. But if she wants me to I will, providing I don’t have any symptoms by then. And **** Boris Johnson.

Better country ?? I think better WORLD will be the outcome.

China will have to be the first victim of the retribution.

I am not supporting the economy of any nation whose governing regime has the
hubris to cause a pandemic such as this.

I expect the UK govt to do a full audit of what products used in UK daily life,
are heavily dependent on manufacturing chains in China.

So medical/pharma stuff first.
As I UK citizen I am prepared to pay either more tax or money for any such stuff
to be manufactured inside the UK (what price the survival of humanity) .
