Close to 60% of those who have had the virus worldwide (so far) have now been confirmed as all-clear. That's not to say the other 40% are fcked, just not confirmed as clear yet.
Covid 19 is a very stable virus meaning it doesn't genetically mutate easily or quickly unlike regular influenza. This also means in its current state you will not be reinfected and there is no evidence confirming this has happened despite the media stories.
Allowing for variables such as light, moisture/damp conditions, Covid 19 on contaminated surfaces poses a risk of infection for 72 hours.
