So, you think you can buy land in central Southampton and build that stadium for less than £250m?

 

Most fans who go to games hate the experience of VAR in England.

I have seen it used in Europe where the ref looks at the screen so it is better than the bollocks in the premier league.
We have benefited from some and lost out on some and imho it is only good to laugh at the opposition if it goes against them.

 

No. However that’s not the point I was making. The stadium is of no use to anyone barring the football club, so the value of the asset is basically the land it sits on. The valuation of £250m for the club is therefore not low due to the stadium, imho anyway.
