I have been suspicious for years.

from I saying I am the special one to looking like dracula and a sudden lack of emotion and surrounded by a negative aura.. thats what it does.

I think his drastic hair cut hasn't helped his appearance, also just looked up his age, he's 57, maybe just the years catching up on him.
