It was always going to be difficult for them to maintain such a high level of consistency for a third season running.

Liverpool will find the same thing next season.

It will be a difficult situation that needs managing. That's why you pay a manager.

Let's see if we've given up on the league by January.
 
It has been pretty bad for the top sides this year. It’s a bit like when Leicester won the league <whistle>
