Your place of work is different to a football stand where footballers get abuse all the time.

We don't know the facts. We're assuming his brother was getting anything more than verbals tbh.

It may have been intimidating for Dier to see but that's about it imo.

My guess is that fans were ****ing Dier off and his brother took exception and it kicked off.

Surely you've got to be prepared for that if you're watching someone close to you playing football?

<laugh>

Brave Eric. I'm pretty sure he knew he was going into the stand with Spurs fans. <doh>

I'd have LOVED see him run in to the Norwich fans.

Like fck he would've gone in then, brother or no brother <laugh>

So what else happens in your imaginary world?

How did WW2 end for you?

is Tupac alive?

Tell tell Trebs

Completely agree.

Don’t get me wrong, in a normal situation you’re going to kick off on your brothers behalf. But he’s a prem footballer earning millions a year to play football. Get over it you wannabe hard ****. So what he gets ****ed off in the stands? That’s his job! He’s **** anyway, stealing a living. Take it on the chin and see him after the game Togo to places the fans can only dream of being able to afford.

I totally back him up for putting family first, doesn’t matter what club he plays for. But ffs you and your family should be more clever than that. Deserve whatever stupid punishment comes your way and then enjoy championship football.

This <ok>

If you're not prepared for that to happen then don't put your brother in the stands. Funny thing is, this is Spurs ffs. You're bankers for your own fans to give you abuse!

Yeah you know what the score is when you go to the match. If you can't contain your emotions with it then you probably shouldn't go imo.

Too right, stay home in the house your brother has clearly bought for you and watch it on sky!

It seems odd to me, because I know players at my club get hospitality tickets for free for their families and friends. I've been fortunate enough to have gained access via that manner on several ocassions, but normally all the families and friends are allocated into a restricted area, so I'm suprised Spurs don't have something similar.
