Tbf mate it's Spurs.

You have to think, if we lose and people know who his brother is, Spurs fans may hurl abuse at him. Then you have to weigh up are you prepared to take that risk. If so, then go ahead. If not, then stay away.

Btw Mourinho is saying it was the corporate types who were abusing his brother lol.

Dier's a professional at his place of work. He can't ignore all regulations just because someone said some insulting words to his brother. There are employees at the stadium who were already dealing with the situation. Instead of focussing on their job of fan safety they had to instead babysit a snowflake millionaire who put his own feelings above the safety of others.

Whether we'd do the same is questionable, perhaps we would. I get the feeling it was unnecessary and it's a bit of a cop out.

But either way the fact is he was wrong to do it. And he'll have the book thrown at him.
