I saw him in the sixties in Scarborough. He was driving a white open top Mercedes outside Jimmy Corrigan's amusement. He wasn't bothered about the attention that day.The only other person I have seen in Scarborough with a scarf over his face was Jimmy Saville. It was in the sixties we had gone for a lads Sunday out at Scarborough on the train and was walking along the seafront and saw him on a Scooter which was done up like a Christmas tree. Obviously, unlike you it wasn't to keep the cold out but to try a disguise himself.
Little did we know then what a twat he would turn out to be.
