The only set of results that would have put Bournemouth in the bottom three.....

    Oh well. Never mind :)

Well done Watford. Supping a Napoleon brandy and feeling surprisingly cheerful.

Just goes to show how difficult it is to go a season unbeaten. I highly doubt it will ever happen again in the PL.

It's definitely the three who I would go for right now.

But it changes almost every weekend.

Kind of settled on those three a couple of weeks ago. I'm almost certain on the first two.

    Bmouth: Liverpool (a), Palace (h), Wolves (a), Newcastle (h), Man Utd (a), Spurs (h), Leicester (h), Man City (a), Saints (h), Everton (a)

Brighton: Wolves (a), Arsenal (h), Leicester (a), Man Utd (h), NORWICH (a), Liverpool (h), Man City (h), Saints (a), Newcastle (h), Burnley (a). Plus a one point head start.

I think I would argue that Bmouth have the slightly easier set of remaining matches. Interesting to see the lack of six pointers. Just the Norwich home game for Brighton.

I really can't see Brighton picking up many points before those final 3. Just don't think they've got the goals in them.

Your reference to Napoleon brandy made me think of this.

When I'm drinking my Bonaparte Shandy
Eating more than enough apple pies
Will I glance at my screen and see real human beings starve to death
Right in front of my eyes

FWIW, Villa arguably have the hardest of the lot:

Leicester (a), Chelsea (h), Newcastle (a), Wolves (h), Liverpool (a), Man Utd (h), Palace (h), Everton (a), Arsenal (h), WEST HAM (a). Plus their game in hand vs Sheff Utd (a). Depending on when that game in hand is scheduled for, Villa could find themselves cut right adrift going into that Palace home game.

    As for the other three:

    West Ham: Arsenal (a), Wolves (h), Spurs (a), Chelsea (h), Newcastle (a), Burnley (h), NORWICH (a), WATFORD (h), Man Utd (a), VILLA (h)

    Watford: Palace (a), Leicester (h), Burnley (a), Saints (h), Chelsea (a), NORWICH (h), Newcastle (h), WEST HAM (a), Man City (h), Arsenal (a)

    Norwich: Sheff Utd (a), Saints (h), Everton (h), Arsenal (a), BRIGHTON (h), WATFORD (a), WEST HAM (h), Chelsea (a), Burnley (h), Man City (a)

West Ham and, in particular, Watford have the fixtures there to save themselves. Norwich's are also attractive - maybe more so than all the others - but they've obviously got a six point to make up.

Bmouth vs Brighton for 18th is the smart money.

No one will get relegated and Liverhampton won’t win the title as the season will be abandoned over fears of the Coronavirus pandemic ......
