We can still stay up and we are now only 6 points from safety rather than 7 at the start of the weekend.

I think now it's down to 3 out of Us, Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Watford, West Ham & Brighton. We're obviously favorites but all is not yet lost. Personally I'd like to see Villa, Brighton & Bournemouth go down.

It was 4 on Friday night

So, football picks up where it left off. Blades denied a clear goal. Even goal line technology didn't work. :emoticon-0140-rofl:
I'm guessing VAR isn't allowed to interfere because whether the ball has crossed the line or not is out of their remit, a matter for the goal-line technology. Dearie me!

The way the commentators were talking, VAR should have stepped in and made a call on that play. Sounds right to me.?

You'd think so, but VAR didn't step in, hence my guess. The linesman much have seen it but also didn't step in, probably for the same reason.

I'm just guessing, too, Robbie. It's as if G-L Tech didn't say anything so the officials didn't either. I can't wait to hear Wilder after the game :steam:

Playing devil's advocate here. Anybody else think that maybe there was a foul on the Villa keeper?
