Our team is not Champions League quality right now. And Bayern are a ****ing good team!
We lost our best player in the summer and couldn't make any signings and are relying on Over the hill stalwarts like Willian and Pedro or green as **** youngsters like Reece James, Mount, Abraham etc, who hadn't played in the CL before.

The fact that we are 4th in the PL is awesome, and also testament to how gash United, Arsenal and Spurs have been, that we are above you with a team of babies and a rookie manager on a transfer ban.
If you'd offered me 4th at the beginning of the season, i'd have taken ya hand off.

Some might say, if your squad is not good enough to compete, failure to buy better players constitutes a reason for it not being good enough.
But if you want to call it an excuse, ok....<laugh>
 
Went to the fans evening tonight, nice comfy chat with Evans and Scally :)

Some interesting financial stuff came out about the stability of the Championship clubs, not looking good.
