Crack into frying pan of boiling water & salt, turn heat to lowest, bout 5mins just sitting.

Give pan "the jiggle" white around yolk should be firm not floppy.

Thanks. Will pass that onto the maid. They only fry eggs here - she does a good spanish omelette though.
