Don't normally post information about transfers as most are just speculation however as Pav has been P*** poor this season and on talksport this morning he has been linked with Spartak Moscow and Lokomotiv Moscow how much would you want for him? Would you get a replacement in? or use Kane as third choice?

Personally i would be happy with anything in the region of £10mill and im tempted to give Kane a chance as we could revert back to the 4-5-1 if something does happen to Defoe or Ade!

    Thoughts please!

For whatever reason I think Pav has no confidence and won't do well for us anymore, so anything approaching £10m would be a certain sell.

Kane and Dos Santos would be fine as emergency cover ad I suppose we coud play Coulibaly too

£10m is £9.5m too much for that waste of space. I'd bite a teams hand off if they offered that, Levy would be pulling off yet another genius stroke to get that amount, even if he was bought for £13m or so, he's not lived up to that tag and clearly has no detemination to fight for a place in the team, plus being nearly 30, anything near the £10m mark is well worth accepting. That money can go towards a bid for Damiao or if it was possible getting Ade on a permanent deal, may only have played two games but everyone said before he joined that he was the type of striker needed and he's proving it.

Would love Ade to sign permanently but the wages would be to much unless he takes a massive wage cut. As for Damiao inter have been linked with him this morning and at the moment can offer him CL so not so confident on him signing at the moment but if anyone can pull it off it would be Arry!

aren't Inter also close to the bottom of Serie A? On current form they could be out the CL by jan and in no position to re-qualify. Prem > Serie A also.

For £10mm + I'd tie the lazy ****er up, sling him in the boot of the car, and drive him there.

Yeah his wages would be a f*cker VDM but then if they guy wants to play regular football at a good team rather than warm the bench at Abu City, he should be willing to take a cut.

Spurfectionist you're not wrong, Inter have made a shocking start and therefore at this moment, CL is no guarantee for them for next season.

  8. I'd take £6 million for him, which is where I think the market would bid for him, on his current dire form.

anything from 7.5mil to 10mil would be decent and remember levy doesn't do business unless he is getting a good deal! Inter are close to bottom but can't see them staying near the bottom. Lets hope Ade thinks the same way you do SOS and also would city sell to us if we have a good season?

I'd take anything upwards of 7 million. Can see him going to Spain and doing well actually.

Wondering Yid, is that Livermore quote true?

I was there that day, was hoping to see him really kick on last year, seems to be doing well.

As for the op. I'd happily see pav go. Especially if the money could go towards getting in a proper striker like ade.

I hope so too mate, will be stupid if he wants to go back. It's whether City still see us a threat or not, last year we were fighting with them for 4th (although they eventully fot 3rd on the last day), now they're fighting for the league while we're still realistically fighting for 4th again and probably will be next year too. Plus regardless of how rich they are, surely they'd want to get players off the wage bill who are surplus to requirement and if we're willing to pay good fee, hopefully they'd agree to sell.

  16. Actually, that could work quite well. Bent's happy to score all the goals and take all the glory, and Pav's happy to sit back and do absolutely sweet F A!

It's a match made in football heaven <ok>

Have to disagree there. His ball control is poor, and his first touch is abysmal. That will not go down very well in La Liga.

    What Livermore quote?

Absolutely great deal to get £10m for Pav. Never rated him. Would definitely need to get another striker in though. If we don't sign Ade then that leaves us with Defoe alone at the end of the season (for all our optimism and all the hype Dos Santos still has done nothing to convince anyone of anything as far as I can see and Kane should only be seen as emergency cover at best right now).

We need to sell Pav in Jan IF we can buy a striker who's (potentially) better than Defoe.

One point from three games, just sacked their manager, and drafted in Ranieri to steady the ship - although if said rumour was on Talksport, they probably think that Leandro playing for Internacional means he's playing for Internazionale feeder team...
