They will undoubtedly appeal. I’d also not be surprised if they made a legal challenge outside of the CAS process, should that avenue prove to be unsuccessful. The entire premise of FFP could end up in the dock imo.

 

Ignoring they will appeal it etc. Does that mean 5th place can get Champions League this season then?
