I’m still in the process of building miles up after knee surgery in November. I stopped playing football(11 a side) at 50 year old due to a knee fracture then they found the meniscus tear which is what the operation was for. I’m only up to 2.5 mile but enjoying it again. It’s been a **** time to start again with the bad weather but better than doing nowt.
The wife needs two new knees and is being helped by the IMSK clinic at our local hospital with three monthly injections to keep her off the operating table.
