I was watching one of those FIFA YouTubes where they asked some of our players about their ratings. I can't remember which player but they said to him - one of your teammates is the most used player on FIFA, who do you think it is? - His reply was Virgil but the answer was Fabinho! Apparently he's the most selected player in the world on their latest game.No shout for Fab![]()
This. ^
Nowt wrong with a player wanting to move onwards and upwards - if that's how he sees it - but a professional refusing to give his all is unacceptable. Imo.
In his defence somewhat, I'll say that Coutinho always seemed like a quiet lad, and I think he got his head turned - probably by his agent. Still, I think his ship has sailed, and our team has moved on.

To my mind, it's a team and no individual is irreplaceable - though some would obviously be very difficult. Klopp is the glue that holds it together. When your talking about irreplaceable there are 3 players for liverpool that couldn't be swapped with anyone else. Allison, vvd and firmino. Allison and virgil because they are the best in the world.
Firmino because I can't think of one player that could come in and do his job with anywhere near the skill and capability he does.
Thinking about it I'd but trent and Robinson in that category as well.

Hopefully we win the title, some people will not accept us as great until we win the premiership title two or three times .Why do we need to dismantle our team?If we lost firmino, obviously you could bring in someone else but it would require a shift in how we set up, how we play, I can't think of anybody who could come in seamlessly.
VVD is too expensive on it. Fabinho is affordable and very good in the DM role; tall, not too slow but his tackling stats are immense. That's why he's used so much.

We have a true 'team'. It's a bit like saying if you took a part out of a Rolls Royce engine would it work the same with any other generic part. Possibly,? Probably? But not as well. When your talking about irreplaceable there are 3 players for liverpool that couldn't be swapped with anyone else. Allison, vvd and firmino. I don't play the game but I thought it was an interesting fact.
Have you got him in your team?![]()
Coutinho "best player in our team by a mile"?You must log in or register to see media

I get the feeling that Minamino will be groomed to step into his shoes when required
What, like two legs and a head?I think hes been brought in as back up and maybe long term successor to firmino. Hes got a long way to go, but possess similar attributes
