Depends what you are referring to ... if my late Uncle - then he had survived 3 heart attacks / strokes and had been wheelchair bound for the last 5 years or so ... the strokes affected his personality ... I miss the man behind the shell that was left ... my mother was one of 7 and only the youngest sister is still here ... unfortunately that's life ... or death.
